First of all i listened to the music of the band Cut Copy to design an album cover for their already released album 'In Ghost Colours'
Cut Copy sound like a synthpop band, with many different kinds of influences in their music, such as 80s new rave, post punk and indie.
I decided on a picture from flikr which is a cartoon print of animals with a blue background, i thought the picture summed up their music in an abstract way.
I am now looking on different font websites to find a font for their album.
I chose the font 'Chi Town' for the band name on the album cover, as when i saw the font it made me think of the name 'cut copy'
for the album title and tracklisting i downloaded the font SF Old Republic as it was a more simple font to use and read.
