The cottage opening credits analysis

The opening credit sequence to the film 'The Cottage'
First it's just a black screen with ordinary white writing for the credits telling you, Isle of Man Film,
UK Film Council, Screen Yorkshire present and Steel Mill Pictures production. A scary whistling wind is played throughout this for the first 20 seconds which then turns into an uncomfortable high eary music and a bat or bird flying over a full moon which shows it's a horror movie.

Then it zooms down onto lots of trees in the dark with car driving down a road with the same eary music that keeps on you edge. Then they zoom in on back of car, bouncy lively music which i think shows that the movie wont be all gore and horror but you already know there will be quite a bit.
Then they show 'THE COTTAGE' in big bold white letters, with a blood effect running down them changing the letters to the colour of blood red.

The character David is not shaven smokes and is long leather jacket, he seems very relaxed about everything like he has done it before, a bit rude to Peter with some short sentences back to Peters questions.
David has quite a deep voice. I also think that the body of the person in the car is still alive which might be one of the reasons why David is so uptight about peter wearing a mug mask when he opens the car of the boot in case the person gets free and tells someone a description of the person who perhaps kidnapped or attacked her.

The character Peter seems very uptight about everything, when he steps out the car he's looking around with a nervous look on his face as if someone is watching him or something is going to happen.
He smokes but also shows he is not comfortable about the body being in the boot of the car. He seems like an innocent man as he is following what David tells him to do and forgets to put the mug mask over his face when he goes outside. Peter also seems annoyed he is with David far away from his wife when he says 'shows how often you've made me tea' in an annoyed tone.
